This water stain formula is formulated to meet The Credo Clean Standards™ and Sephora Clean Standards™. There are over 2800 ingredients that we do not use, plus a lot more that Credo does not allow. Furthermore, our packaging is 64% PCR (Post Recycled Plastic).
What makes it Built to Perform?
All Star is made to perform. The lightweight formula locks in color for hours without fading, feathering, or smudging—even in high-heat, high-sweat situations. It's comfortable and with colors that can be layered from sheer to bold.
Is it sweat- and transfer-proof?
